We were delighted to share networking opportunities and lunch at the May gathering of the Epsom Property Business Network. This lively network was formed in 2017 by partner Charles Hylton-Potts, upon opening our second office in Epsom, and has established a strong local following of property professionals including agents, surveyors, developers and investors.

Before sharing lunch at new Epsom restaurant, Koza Bar & Kitchen on South Street, attendees heard from founder of HomeNow, Jonathan Potter.  Jonathan spoke about the creation of the HomeNow concept, a two-fold way to get on the property ladder, with the additional opportunity to invest in buy-to-lets. Previous lunches have included specialist insight into unlocking the potential in problem land; positive thinking in uncertain times; a capital markets update; and future development plans for Epsom.

Epsom has a thriving business community, particularly in the property sector. This regular networking event for property businesses and professionals is a place to meet, form and build relationships, listen to engaging speakers, create and do business. We were pleased to welcome fifty strong attendees to our May networking lunch. If you work in a property business in the area and would be interested to hear about future events, please do let us know.
