Ben Colenutt

Ben originally trained and qualified in the field of Electronic Engineering and subsequently read Law at Brunel University, before attending the College of Law in London to undertake the Legal Practice Course. He qualified as a solicitor in 2012, working for clients in London and the south.

• Acting for a collective of leaseholders to oust their troublesome freeholder and enable them to take control of the freehold to their properties;
• Assisting a family purchasing the freehold of their leasehold house in the face of a particularly awkward freeholder;
• Extending the lease of a flat in Kensington with just seven years remaining on their lease – at a premium of over £1.2m.

Outside of work you will usually find Ben spending time with his young family, watching rugby, enjoying the British countryside, camping around the UK or travelling further afield.
